1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment.

• Refunds will only be granted if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

• Courses purchased under discounts, offers, or bundles are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• If you have accessed or completed more than 20% of the course lessons.

• If the refund request is made after 7 days of enrollment.

• If you have violated any of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund Process

• Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Course Transfer / Adjustment

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value (subject to approval).
